Master Violinmaker, Albert C. Muller.
She took over the Sacremento, CA violin shop in 2006.

Along with her Dad Melvin, Cheryl moved the shop to her new location in Richmond, KY

My goal is to help every instrument come alive through design and hand picked wood. It takes attention to detail. Each peice of wood that I choose to build my instruments must have the qualities I am looking for (and listen for) in order to build the finest sounding instruments.
As a violinist, I have a sense for the feel, tone and vibrance of a great violin and that is what I strive to create in all of my hand-made instruments.
The rarest and best European maple and spruce is carefully selected for tone quality and beauty. Then each piece is carefully crafted and sculptured to the graduations and dimensions that will cause the violin to vibrate freely and encourage a full, balanced, and vibrant tone.
Each violin is set up and tested for rich, beautiful and full tone, before the finishing process is started.

These violins are all set up in our shop to insure proper playing dimensions and optimal tone quality.

We are also a full service violin shop.
That means that we rehair bows, repair and restore all violins, violas, and cellos.
Whatever might be the problem with the instrument, we will be glad to fix it!
We have restored instruments that have been totally smashed and in pieces.
The instruments sound and play better after they have received the proper TLC!
